Basic Salary: 30,000 to 35,000 PKR – This is an Office-Based Position

Estimated Total: 80,000 PKR per month (including all incentives)

Experience: 2-3 years study abroad or sales experience

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and provide personalised guidance throughout the admissions process
  • Conduct one-on-one consultations with students to assess their goals, interests, and eligibility for study abroad programs.
  • Assist students in selecting suitable programs based on their academic background, interests, and career aspirations.
  • Provide detailed information about program requirements, application procedures, deadlines, and scholarship opportunities.
  • Contribute to marketing efforts by attending education fairs and conferences.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of student interactions and admissions-related activities in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the study abroad industry or other sales experience is mandatory.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and cross-cultural skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems, databases, and standard office software.
  • Minimum 16 years of education

Experience: 3-5 years experience in the study abroad / recruitment field

Basic Salary: 50,000 PKR + incentives

This is an office-based position.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire admissions process for study abroad programs, including managing inquiries, applications, and enrolment procedures.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified applicants.
  • Represent the organisation at recruitment events, fairs, and conferences, both locally and internationally.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in study abroad programs, admissions policies, and immigration regulations relating to students.
  • Make sure an accurate and detailed records of student interactions and admissions-related activities are maintained in the company’s CRM system.
  • Manage your team of Admissions Counsellors and provide reports on their performance on a periodic basis.

  • Previous experience in the study abroad industry or other sales experience is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in admissions, student recruitment, or related roles within the education sector.
  • Familiarity with study abroad programs and a strong understanding of international education systems.

Marketing

We are building a full in-house marketing team

Salary: 40,000 PKR

This is a hybrid position, you will be working remotely and will have to visit our Lahore office when required.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to promote our services and reach our target audience of students interested in studying in the UK.
  • Create engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Manage and monitor our social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with our audience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices and provide recommendations for improving our social media presence.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing objectives and ensure consistent branding and messaging.
  • Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of our social media efforts and identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor online conversations related to studying in the UK and proactively engage with potential students, answering inquiries and providing relevant information.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, influencers, and partners to leverage their networks and amplify our social media reach.

Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the education sector.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative social media campaigns.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in monitoring social media conversations and engaging with an online community.
  • Knowledge of the UK education system and study abroad processes would be an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferable
